Congrats on your purchase....it's a wonderful life down here.

We used Pat DeGioia, A-1 Villages Home Inspection for our end of warranty home inspection. He is a Villages Resident (Liberty Park I believe), many years of inspection experience, knows the Villages houses very well, is not connected with the developer or the builders, and does good work at a very fair price. I highly recommend him.

We also used Pat and although he is not connected with the Villages, the staff in the Villages warranty Dept recognize his sevice and I think pay more attention to an issue he raises through his written report that he provides them and the home owner a copy. Call it $200 spent for peace of mind!!

We used Pat for an "end of warranty" house insoection. We also use him for "empty nest" inspections during the couple of months we spend up north each summer. Good guy, very experienced in construction and inspection.
