Default Lanai Contractor

Has anyone used Energy Efficiency Inc located in Wildwood (Kevin Etter) to enclose thier lanai? He seems pretty reliable. Any other recommendations?

My lanai was just enclosed with stackable glass sliders on Monday by Custom Windows of Leesburg. They run a big add on the bottom of a page in the Daily Sun almost every day. We're are thrilled with the results. They enclosed our Gardenia lanai in 5 hours and they don't remove your screen until they come to do the work so you're not left with an open lanai for weeks waiting for material ordered.

We also used Custom Windows and Exterior Design. They did a quick installation (in one day). Good clean up. Handled the ARC application and the building permit. We are very thrilled with the product especially the privacy screen. PM me if you would like to see the final result. We live in the Village of Charlotte.

Default Custom Windows

Yes, we did make a deposit. I'll take some pictures tomorrow but I think it shows better in person. You are welcome to come by and see first hand. PM me and we can make arrangements. We live in Charlotte.

Default No to White Alum

White Alum may give you the best price but it took them 18 weeks to do a 6 week job. We had leaks and damaged material installed. When they fixed everything and I paid the last of the bill, they admitted to having some bad subcontractors. I asked why they kept them, never got an answer. I have friends who used Custom Windows they seem happy.
