Default Contractor to install Attic Stairs

Hi:

I know this topic has been discussed before but the I would like to get current information the the cost to install attic stairs in my CYV. We will be back in TV in two weeks and I would appreciate recommendation of contractors also.

Thanks

Mel

Mel:
We called Tim, "The Tool Man," at 352-217-0561. The cost as of last summer was $260 to install a heavy-duty aluminum attic stair. We needed aluminum 'cause it's used a lot.

We just used Tim to put in stairs in our CYV along with cabinets and wire rack in the laundry room and he doubled the size of our closet in the master along with any additional storage rack. He did a great job, we paid a total for everything, but I think the cost for the stairs was $220.00.

I concur - I have used Tim many times over a few years and he does good work at reasonable prices.
