Anyone know the approximate price for power washing a patio villa,sidewalk,and driveway? any recommendations?

We used Egner's Exterior Services last week based on the great reviews here. Patio villa, with lanai, walkway, driveway, fence, and patio, all for $90. They said they would do just the house for $45. They use a no-pressure wash for the house and pressure for the cement. Did a very good job.

We use No Pressure Inc. House Washing Service - 35520 Timbertop Lane - Fruitland Park, FL 34731 - phone 352 728 2768. We use them once a year and paid $59.95. I think if you use them twice a year, the price may drop. We're quite pleased with them and they were recommended by other friends that have used them. Hope this helps.
