Call Desmond Harris at 352-308-9243, owner of Covenant Janitorial. He does a great job at a very reasonable price. He will also change the batteries in your smoke alarms if you supply the batteries.

Another vote for Desmond. Also his brother power washed my house and did a fantastic job. He is a perfectionist.

Desmond and his team cleaned our dryer vents as well as our HVAC vents. It's amazing the air that comes through now. While our home is only 6 years old, Desmond told us when they build the homes dust and dirt get into the vents. We keep the air on 78 and when I get hot put the temp to 75 degrees and it is very cold.

We love Desmond!

How often do you need to clean the dryer vent? My house is less than 2 years old. Also, when do I need to have it power washed?

My own preference for dryer vents, every year.

Pressure clean when you start to see some rust or mildew. Probably every 2 years or so.
