Default Summer kitchens must haves

We are about to add a summer kitchen. Other than the grill, what are the features (sink, refer, storage etc.) that you make the most use of? What features turned out to be of little value?

I'm the first one to admit that I'm not much of a cook...so my grill looks like new but I love the refrig and the sink.....and all the storage in the cabinets.

Other than the grill, my second "must have" is a side burner so I can cook anything emitting an odor outside.
