We have had the same inside, and outside techs since 2012 at one house and 2014 at our other house. Sold both this year, thanked the office and kudos to both techs for all the years they kept our property bug and weed free, when I called to cancel. I will greatly miss both of them, since their territory isn’t at our new house.

However even before we will need them both techs in our area stopped by. Intro themselves, and passed on, ————- told us to take the same care with your property as they did. We will hopefully continue the same great service experience

Deans or Dean's?

The first one -- I've used them for 10 years and didn't know they do shrubs and bushes. The other one (Dean's), I've never heard of them until now and appreciate reviews.

They will recommend a few companies if you ask. That’s how I got the people who trim my shrubs.

Default Deans shrubs

When I signed up for grass cutting, weed control, and bug services from Deans, trimming shrubs was not on the menu.

I just called them last week and complained that the bug people identified issues with my lawn. Sections were damaged by bugs. The grass cutting people didn’t say a thing about the condition of my grass. Go figure!

I even had a small tree leaning over into the yard and no one said a word about the tree almost laying in the grass.

Yes, it’s hard to get good people to do these jobs, but a manager should be following up with the homes serviced on an occasional basis to make sure the services provided are being done. I’m a snowbird and count on their eyes to let me know if issues exist.

I was told that when I moved in two years ago, I would change grass and bug contractors many times. Yuk!
