Default Lawncare

Looking to hire a lawncare company that is reliable and reasonable. We have a regular lot.
It would be good if they were insured in case they damage the siding. Would appreciate any recommendations,

We recently switched to Dean’s and are very happy. You might also check with some of your neighbors and see who they’re using.

They are hired to be fired. Don’t prepay in advance and change as needed. Beware those that outsource lawn cutting.

I have cycled the big outfits. Started well but went south fast

Have been using Garcia's ( 352-444-8756) / (352-346-9528) for 6 months and he & his crew hasn't missed a beat.
Very responsive and consistent, bills ya at the end of the month, we pay by e-check, same flat fee. Honest, good guys all around!
He doesn't have a website, phone only, but price is low and does good work.

I have used Garcia's also since he first started in business 7 years ago. Very happy to pay the recent increase in price but when he started adding a $65 surchage for six months for my tiny patio villa lot, I went elsewhere.

Lawn services are disposable. Great from fall to June, then staff problem arises and become no shows. Since 2010 we have used 8 lawn services, at our rentals. Deans so far is the only constant service we have used at our main house

So why not use Dean's at the rentals?

Used Chads Lawn Service for last 4 years. Very reliable and reasonable. We do live in the north end and do not know if they go to places in the south and do not know where you live.

I now do my own. Literally spend less time each week cutting grass, than I used to spend trying to track down the guy that didn't show up.
