What is the purpose of the Roku Sticks? If you are connected to the internet and have the Youtube app and pay for the service, why is something extra needed.

I use Youtube all the time, but for videos. I have over 8,000 music videos, mostly concert, saved on 40 different music lists. It's incredible what you can see for free on regular Youtube.

My Bad John W, I meant to say YouTube TV. It's the best. The ROKU helps you access an unbelievable amount of content, some FREE, some PAY AS YOU GO.

I will admit there is a certain learning curve at the beginning of Streaming that could cause a person to go back to DirecTV Satelite or whatever service you are accustomed to. DirecTV Streaming is terrible.

Someone pointed out back when many were trying to make up their mind that paying the Extra Money for DirecTV was worth it to them for the convenience. I can see that point of view is very valid.

The thing that is best is NO CONTRACT, Tick me off, see ya! Can't do that with the Satellite companies, can you? No Equipment Rental Fees Either. If something better that's legal comes along, I'm out! What does being loyal get you? A much better offer for someone who is new? Fuggedaboutit. Sorry for the little error, making them daily lately, owning up to them is best I think!

One other little thing, unlimited storage of any show you wish to save.
