Default Repair to Roller Shades

We recently had roller shades installed in our lanai.
The shades were made incorrectly and need to be fixed.
Specifically, the bottom hem of the roller shades contains tie-down holes and grommets. Our lanai is enclosed and these holes are not needed.
Can anyone recommend a contractor who can fix our shades?

I'm curious why you don't go back to whoever sold you the shades. You say you recently had them installed and they were made incorrectly.

If I understand what you want, it appears that the shades will need to be shortened to remove the area with the grommets. I cannot help with a suggested company to do this, but I would suggest that you check to make sure you have the additional length to remove the area with the grommets.
Personally, I would go back to the original supplier, and see what they could do, if possible.
Hope this helps.
We do have roll up shades, and used Village Blind and Shutter (466 and 301), they may be able to help.

The order was written up incorrectly. The store refuses to acknowledge any error and will not work with us to have the problem corrected. It appears now it is ours to deal with. This was an expensive, custom job and we have been treated very poorly. There is enough extra fabric to redo the bottom hem.
(We are still negotiating with the vendor . . . . . more to come).
