Can anyone give me an idea of what it would cost to have a hot water dispenser installed in my sink? Also, who's a good plumber to do it?

We've had Mike Scott Plumbing do a couple of jobs for us and have been very satisfied. They are the warranty plumbers for TV. We had them install a hot water recirculator last year for $288. Not quite the same as a hot water dispenser but give them a call.
