Default Dissatisfied Potential Customer

DEE's Graphics is a very unprofessional and rude business to deal with.

My experience: I was recommended to them by the manager of the golf cart I purchased. I had to call them 5 times and leave my number and contact information 5 times before they called me back. It was then 3 days later that they deigned to come to my home and see the vehicle and the designs I had put together for it. After having their pet run around the garage all the while arguing among themselves about non-germaine items, they took measurements and gave me their email address to forward my JPEG images of the artwork desired.

I immediately sent them the designs. 7 days later they called and arranged for an appointment time to apply the design. An hour after the scheduled time, I called to see when they would come. Only at that point did the man inform me that he would not open the e-mail as it was Junk (my signature block has a graphic] and he wasn't going to open it. {It should be noted that the JPEG of the graphic was the title of the e-mail and a separate link in the message.} No apology for not calling me in the interim to say there was a problem, or that he was not doing the work. Further, he said that his wife made the call without his 'knowing about it" and he would not be coming. Truly as business relationship disaster.

I DO NOT recommend them for any job.

Like always, there are two sides to every story. I'd like to hear Dee's. We have used them twice and have been more than happy. We have a number of friends, who have also used them, with no complaints.

Why would you post the same complaint twice? You didn't think once was enough? Strangely, I can't find the previous post (deleted for some reason?), but I do remember your making these complaints about Dee's Graphics. Sorry, but I think one posted complaint is more than enough.

I remember that too, Redwitch. I also remember Brightspot saying that Dee was someone she would recommend. I know that Brightspot has high standards and good taste.

I probably would haved stopped trying to deal with a party after the second unreturned call. I would think that their inattention to the calls might have been an indication of some deficiencies in their business practices. JMHO
