Smile Lanai Windows

Thinking about installing Lanai Window/Screens !

Need any advice as what to look for: (i.e.) Double pane vs. Single pane, Air Flow, Warranty afterwards, Reputable Company, Pricing, Pitfalls, Useful Hints.

Thank You

Do you mean you are thinking to enclose your lanai or look for cooleroo screens?

If your lanai is facing the afternoon/evening sun, you may want to consider double pane. We installed single pane and it turned our lanai into an oven during hot weather, even with expensive solar shades.
