Just started with a company, landsculpture lawn care , no up front money seems to do a real nice job, you pay after their done.

Beware of anyone who knocks on your door soliciting! I'm assuming you're also living in one of the new areas. You can click on the tabs of folks who advertise on here. Be sure they're licensed...I think you can also check online what their standings are etc. NEVER pay before a job even in increments. That means they may not have a credit line and you could be left hanging with a job un-done.

Call Deans Services who is a sponsor on TOTV - give them a call so as to compare price and service.

Check with Seniors vs. Crime before hiring anyone. Just because they are a TOTV advertiser does not mean then are a good company who stands behind their work. Again do NOT pay any money before the job is completed to your satisfaction. I have been badly burnt by not listening to this advice on TOTV.

We use Massey and are very happy with their price and service. Get some quotes and go with your gut. I believe most of the big guys do a good job - could come down to price.

Hi, I have been trying to find this company's phone number. Would you happen to have it? We were doing our walk through and I noticed how good they were spraying the neighbors lawn, then the next day they came back to check on it. They seem great. Nancy

As mentioned on an earlier post, as a "newbie" you will get many solicitations. Don't be in a hurry to get everything done at once...and don't answer the folks who come to your door and make you offers "because they're in the neighborhood".

The first few months, your checkbook is open a lot. But you needn't be taken for a ride. When not sure, call Seniors vs Crime for advice.
