Always have 3 quotes has been my motto for years, then we met Jeff Rand President of Custom Windows and Exterior Design.

He explained everything to us. Hired him on the spot! We just knew this was the company to hire. His crew came on time for the job. Friendly, hardworking folks. Excellent, clean and professional. When the job was completed, we opened our lanai doors and all of a sudden we have another room! Voilà! A couple days later and a couple hard thunder showers later all was still clean and dry. Eric, the customer service person came out to make sure all was complete, also another real nice guy. Then the next day, Jeff came over for final payment and we were thrilled to tell him of our wonderful experience. Their window washer comes tomorrow to make it all shine. Oh, even the county inspector was polite and told us he never comes across an issue with this company. We knew we had made the right decision.

We all feel the same way when we find a contractor that does a great job and we have a wonderful experience. For thos of us that do, we should be grateful since there are many on here that suffer with bad experiences. Some of that is do to taking low bids, some because we are ignorant and don't know the questions to ask and some contractors may just be bad people. Congratulations with finding a good guy.

Custom Windows enclosed our Gardenia lanai two years ago. Could not be happier. From the quote to the one-day installation to the cleanup was a breeze. We added AC (Mitsubishi split by Sun Kool) this year and now live out there.

We used them 4 years ago. Great company to deal with and we have recommended them several times. Love the stackable sliders and you don't even lose the use of your lanai for a day. Your screening stays up until the ordered glass comes and is installed. Other companies leave your lanai open for weeks waiting for the glass.
