Just wondering if anyone has expanded your CYV.
We have a Bonita and the master bath is extremely small.
I would love to take the walk-in closet and add a second sink and bathtub.
Then for a closet, expand into the backyard by moving the opposite wall of the bedroom enough to have a nice walk-in closet.
This is all done inside the villa backyard and would not show from the front.
Since I have no skills or comprehension of cost, is this an unrealistic idea, or has anyone been turned down by TV for wanting to do something like this?

It would be a good idea for you to talk to someone on the architectural committee or someone in the deed compliance office first to see if they will allow you to do this. It does sound like a good idea! Good Luck!
