As we are thinking of selling in the near future, we thought we would freshen up the paintwork and asked Billy Kelley for a quote. He suggested that it would be more beneficial to put a new carpet in as the paintwork was good and the new owners may well want to put their own mark on the house. We were so impressed with him as he was virtually doing himself out of money, but he was being very honest. He was recommended by a friend who had seen his professional work. Definitely recommend this man for his honest approach.
