Just remember, and I learned this the hard way, that if your inspecter finds anything at all you need to contact the warranty insurance compay, as found in your warranty book, as well as The Villages Home Warranty, before the end of the one year warranty period. The Villages has no libaility if the insurance company has not been notified despite weather you contact TV and despite if or if not they tell you they will take care of it. Trust me, I Iost a mediation case only because I did not notify the insurance company and trusted TV would take care of my issue.
