Do not hire Brad Ellcey, Distinctive Flooring of Lake Co Inc. He also does sub-contract work for Villages Flooring. He came to our house and did the work and we paid him in full. However, the bathroom vanity top that he tiled was very much flawed and he said "I Will Be Back" to regrout that top. We also bought all of the supplies for the job and had much of it left over. Well, he left with the check, took all of our materials, and now refuses to return our phone calls or return and finish the job. We are hiring someone else to repair the vanity top that he left in a mess! He is not dependable, lies, and stole the rest of the materials we had left over. We did not tell him he could have any of it.

Brad did a couple jobs for us before we learned that he cant be trusted. We had nothing to do with your job and dont know why we were mentioned by name. We are a reputable company and want nothing to do with that type of work. If this would have been done through Village Flooring, you would have been taken care of.
I work hard to take care of my customers and dont want my name associated with this type of contractor.

Brad Ellcey has done a lot of work in my home, i am very satisfied with his work. As far as I can see this is a very angry customer that is trying to defimate a companies character. If you were that unhappy with his work their are other way of getting justice. As for Village Flooring I dont think their was any need for you to comment on a former employee's character. if you did not sub-contract this pictular job out to this young man from your shop then maybe you should be angy at the person who posted your name. Not only are they defamating your character as a company but Brad also. Two wrongs do not make a right.
