We have two providers since, having lived here for 6 years, we learned that the big guys do it all but are numbers focused and don't doany of it really well. The smaller guys that do it all don't have the financial resources so something suffers. We use Showtime Landscaping for mowing, tree and shrub trimming and design for changes. We use GreenSmith for fertilizing of lawn and landscaping. The two companies work well together, if they notice something amiss will call the other. Plus, we have direct access to the owners.We are aproaching our third year and are more than satisfied. They are a bit more expensive but worth every penny. No contracts required for either. We had Deans and our neighbor had Massey, found both too big and "too Corporate".

I think Massey is good for everything except that their mowing cost is too expensive. You need to hire a smaller company if you want a good price for mowing. Whoever you hire, do not pay in advance. I only pay Massey after they have performed a service.
