That one is easy to replace and I have done that one myself. I would like the whole garage door gasket replaced, sides and top because of its age and dry rotting. My question is does anyone know someone who does this repair at a fair price? Thank you.
Romac will install 12x7 door $200

Many of the local handymen can do this, I did my own. Note if you want the same look, you will need to get matching paint, and be sure who ever does the work uses rust resistant or similar nails and the molding needs to be sealed with a high quality paintable silicon sealer to the side of the garage opening.
I have learned so much from you over the years!! Ty!!!!

With all due respect, I've put up close to 1,000 lf of VDS. I believe you might be confusing what is used here in The Villages with another product you see online.

What is used here is the photo I've included (the ribbed side is the back)

You're exactly right. Done properly the old is removed before installing the new. That being said, I've seen one of the large garage door companies that advertise on the morning news install new on top. Very unprofessional and lazy.

We just had our house painted and Steve Kling Painting replaced ours for us. He might know where you can get them.

I took your advice and went onto Amazon, my home away from home.
The do carry weather stripping at 34' lengths, but what they're selling does not match the picture you posted.
The produce they show does not seem to be the same quality.
