I had acrylic windows installed in 2010. The plastic wheels on the bottom of windows, some are worn out. I called who I bought them from. They are still advertising in paper. They told me the company my windows came from is out of business and there is nothing they can do. Thankfully I found two sources on the internet that do have them. I ask them what I could do and they told me, they could do nothing, so just don't open the windows. So good to beware of who you buy from. 352-753-2023
