Default Golf Cart Aid Services

Have used K*** Aid as a provider for over four years now in case of **** breakdown. Called yesterday 8/7/17 and still no return call.

Are they still in business? Are there other services available from other companies?

Advise!

For what it's worth, I sent them a check to renew my membership, and the check cleared. On the other hand, I haven't received a new decal or any confirmation of my renewal. So, I'm curious as well.

I believe everything's fine, I just had them pick up my cart yesterday and take it and me to Pep Boys at Mulberry Grove to get a flat tire repaired. My service person did say that they have been unusually busy for this time of year and as the villages keeps growing south, it sometimes takes alot longer to get from one end to the other. Glad I have them and the confidence to know I can count on them.

We have used them since we've lived here in the villages. They have always responded quickly for us.

I've been with them since 2011, paid for 2 years everytime, in fact I have a renewal due 8/17. I still have my original sticker, you'll just keep the same sticker because your ID # on the sticker doesn't change.

So maybe you could pick up the phone and try calling them again. Just a thought.

I've used them twice and highly recommend them. I'd assume that they are very busy and may have lost my message. I was in real estate for 41 years and there were times that I lost a message or was unable to get back to a customer in what I considered a reasonable time. Most of us are human. I know that I am far from perfect. I'd call them again.

If you are a member of AAA they will assist with towing if you have a break down.

I was curious since I have a pending renewal on my desk, so I just picked up the phone and called. They answered on the first ring, and I told them about the problem someone is having. They said they have no problems and maybe that person was using the area code of where they are from by mistake, that happens sometimes. Here's the correct phone number 352-409-5853.

Nice work, John W. (BTW "John W" Nelson was my maternal grandfather's name -- not at all important. )
