Go to the Florida state business licenses to see if and how long they have been in business, then contact Seniors against crime to see if they have any complaints registered, finally contact BBB for complaints.

Thanks Tinker, I'll do that. The sales rep says his company has done the roofs on every Publix in the Villages and he says he knows Morse very well.
