Default General Contractor - Randa Services

We just finished a bump out of our living room (240 sq. ft.) and used Randa Services as our contractor. Randy has been working in The Villages for several years and has a good reputation. This is the largest job he has done for us but he has done others (like adding an 84 sq. ft. walk-in closet) with which we have been equally pleased. Randy is now going to do the house next door and has done another house in our village. He is honest, does quality work, reasonably priced and promptly returns phone calls. We would highly recommend him.

Did you have any warranty issues in the past year? Still happy with Randa?

I am not the original poster, but I have had great service from Randa. One of the custom windows along the back was not square, so only one of two latches would completely close. Randa had the sliding panel replaced twice, with the same result. He finally found that the whole window frame was not square, so he had the window company make a new one, and he did the replacement installation. He is patient, understanding, and courteous.

We too used Randy to bump out our lanai. His prices were great, but most of all his work was top notch.
