Default Expanding our lanai

We are thinking about expanding our lanai. Any contractor recommendations?
Thanks,
Janet & Carl

Janet & Carl, We used T&D. We had quotes from three other companies. We almost used a different company until we seen the finished work. We looked at the jobs T&D done and talked to the owners of the houses. It took a little while on the waiting list but worth the wait for us. Very happy with the work. We expanded a Wisteria's original 9' x 20' to a 40' long lanai. 20' is 15' wide and the other 20' s 18' wide. Send me your email and I will send you a few pictures if you would like to see the before and after pictures. The best way to see the Lanai expansions is when you play golf, you get to see a lot of well done expansions from the golf courses.

Thumbs up

T&D did ours and we are very pleased. It was almost 3 years ago and we still love it. We moved it out4 feet and enclosed it with sliding glass doors which are tinted, have argon in between the low e glass. We also brought the floor up to the level of the house interior (we have a Gardenia). At the same time, we added a golf cart garage and had Jamie's landscaping do both the front and back.
We had 4 estimates, and, although T&D were not the cheapest, we were most pleased at seeing 6 of the lanais that they had done previously. Yes, you will be on a waiting list, but they are well worth it. Their designer worked closely with us giving us all that we wanted.

We used Custom Windows and Design in Lessburg. They did a great job, good clean up. It was a one day install. Mary, our sales person was a real gem. We highly recommend them. If you want to see the final product, PM me and we will have you see it first hand. We live in the Village of Charlotte.

Did they expand/enlarge the lanai or enclose an existing lanai?
