Default Good Sneaker Store?

Does anyone know of a store that sells high quality sneakers? Not merely off the shelf without any service?

Try Foot Solutions on Del Mar in Spanish Springs. They are in the telephone book. I understand that they are a very good place to go. They are recommended for diabetic shoes.

This is what I heard. I have not been there.

ShoeBiz (new store) located next to Best Buy in Rolling Acres Plaza. And there is a good shoe store near Bargains and Treasures at the end of 466 toward 301. Have purchased at both.

The store near Bargains & Treasures is "All About Feet." A person in my family would only buy sneakers at Wal*Mart until he developed plantar fasciitis (spelling?). While he grumbled about having to spend the $$ he credits the shoes he got at All About Feet for relieving the problem.

I've been to both Foot Solutions and Shoe Biz. Foot Solutions has a limited number of shoes, but I buy there. Shoes can be expensive, but they do help the heel problem I have. Your feet will be measured and discussion of problems with fit or pain will be addressed. Ready made orthotics or custom ones are available there also.

Shoe Biz offers quite a variety of shoes, many of them designed to offer more than just "eye appeal".....shoes that support and cushion.

Try both places, they're both great stores. I'm sure you'll find something that meets your needs.

I go for long walks everyday so I really need good walking sneakers. Since moving here I have purchased at least 4 pairs of Spira sneakers at Foot Solutions. I cannot imagine buying any other brand.
