Default Garage Floor Surfacing

Looking for contractors who resurface garage floors with a protectant. Looking to getting my floor covered with a durable surface that will be easy to clean. Please let me know if you would recommend anyone. Thanks Please send to Dave @ tjumms@gmail.com

The best is racetrack decking. The design, commercial double diamond. Life time warrenty. You can mop it or blow it out with leaf blower. Holds no stains.does not fade. Non skid. And the finish look is total elegents. All colors custom design. Most popular is 18 by 18 two colors like check board. White and black, or lite grey with char gray. Breathtaking. Call 352-702-7333 will take you to customers that have it down. Anything else will have up keep, slippery, hold stains and the hot tiers will melt and peel, than u have to sandblast it off. Good luck.everything is moved custom cut around cornors work benches pipes etc...

IMHO save yourself a bunch of money and do nothing. First, its a garage floor! Second, you will notice the concrete mix is different from the concrete on your lanai, driveway, and outside patio. I had not noticed that until it was pointed out to me by someone who does this for a living. The honest expert that I talked with said do nothing and they stain lanai's but will not put a sealer on the garage floor because it does not need one. Of course, they will stain your garage floor if you desire but will not put a sealer on it because it does not need it. This is another perspective and something to think about.

very nice, now all you need a race car to park in there.

What was the approx cost of the floor vs epoxy, I think that would be interesting to know.

Bob . . . . I've already decided to do a gray and black version of the peel and stick. Very rich looking. Decided against the "Finish Line" look.

Peel & stick I don't think will "stick" that well in a garage with cars etc.

It's about the same or a bit more work to glue them, and they are thicker and less $$

I have a friend that did the peel and stick designed for garage floors. He took a big gouge out of a tile and just scraped it up and replaced it. They don't move and he loves it. I worry about taking a big gouge out of an epoxy floor and I don't like what I read about what certain garage type chemicals can do to the epoxy.

Didn't know there were special tiles for a garage.

have info?

Paint costs about $200, and as U say has issues.
I think tile may be a better longer lasting choice.

Found these but at $350 a sq???? like $1200
