I, along with several neighbors, have been using them for 3 years. Remove your screens and they clean them, squeegee the windows, clean the lanai, and give the entire house a very thorough cleaning. When they are done they hand you a business card with your next appointment date and time written on it. They haven't missed yet. One of the most efficient reliable contractors I have seen. We have our homes done twice per year.

Had Carmen a few weeks ago. Did remove screens, he washed Windows. Easy to replace screens. Very pleased. $62.00 for a designer.
