I have used several brands of grout cleaners over the years. By far the best do it yourself is " Beats All" Apply by squirting on grout let sit until count of 20, (I scrub a little with brush )then rinse with mop,rag in clean water. Best results I have ever had. Purchase at Sharkeys just over the 301 bridge into Wildwood. Owner has video about product. I recommend buying the long handle brush so I do not have to bend.
I also talked to tile installer who says he is not recommending sealer to his customers. If you do decide to seal ,new grout should season for 6 months before sealing. Search grout cleaner in search box I pin Talk of Villages for more input.

I use a combo of baking soda and bleach to clean my grout. 1/2 cup baking soda to 1/4 cup bleach. Works great!
