Looking for recommendation for a quality and reasonably priced contractor to replace some gutters/down spouts on our home.

I would suspect that these guys have all had coffee together more than once and that the prices are going to be pretty close for the same amount of footage...

but you might run into someone with such a huge backlog that they'll just throw a crazy number out there to see if you'll bite
