Crack in driveway. Need repair

Cracks in driveway - Any good suggestions for concrete repair companies?? Also for decorative purposes, it needs attention!!

If it is a newer house, contact home warranty, some structural items have a longer warranty, worth a phone call. As for repairs, sorry I cannot help.

House is not new, about 11 years old. Wish warranty did apply but has been too long.
