Default Very professional tile installer

We turned to the Talk of The Villages for a recomendation for installing a kitchen back splash.
William C. Parker was the recomendation.
He set up our appointment, called to confirm the appointment the day prior, and showed up on time.
What a gem for the Villages.

Oh and the work is 2nd to none. !

Give him a call at 352-347-0954

Bill did our backsplash. We love it ! He knew that we were only here for a very short time so he left the 2 days after our closing open so he can do it for us. Great guy.

Mr. Parker just completed my backsplash! It is beautiful! Makes the whole kitchen look so different.

Highly recommend Mr. Parker. He is a master at doing tile and he is a heck of a nice guy! No money up front and makes sure you are completely satisfied with his work! His number is 352 347 0954 (licensed and insured).

Billy did a wonderful job for us, as well. I can't say enough about his promptness, neatness and master craftsmanship.
You will not regret calling him. 47 years experience!

We used him several years ago. Just have the coffee ready, and he's good to go. He did a great job!

Question Tile Installation

I interviewed Mark Pickard to install tile on our master bath counters. Just checking if anybody has ever used him and if so, do you recommend him? He seemed fine to us. Thanks...

Billy (William) Parker just finished our backsplash this morning and we are delighted with the job he did! He had a challenging job ahead of him because of the mess our previous backsplash installer created.

This is our second backsplash in less than 2 weeks. The first installer told us he was a general handyman and had done many backsplashes. Obviously he had not. The tiles were not laid evenly, spaces between some, no spaces between others. Fifteen minutes after he left, my husband was ripping the tiles off the wall.

Billy came to our rescue. He laid our new tiles perfectly, was punctual and courteous, and cleaned up beautifully.

I recommend Billy without hesitation.

How does the process with Wm. Parker work? Do you choose your tile from him? Do you purchase tile somewhere else and he installs? Should under cabinet lighting go in first?

You purchase the tile seperately so there is no extra cost mark-up. He then does all the installation as what ever is leftover you return to get the credit. I don't think it makes any difference to him whether the lighing is in or not.

He is a character but is extremely good at what he does and you will not ever be sorry that you used him. He is punctual and gets the job done when he says it will be done. You need to have all your material before he starts which includes grout.
