Default The BEST referral we could possibly give for Paradise Pavers ...

We just had our driveway pavers installed as well as the stacked walls and stone. Cannot give a greater compliment to Paradise Pavers - to the owners Neil and Heather Steinmetz and their wonderful crews.

Neil did some driveway work for me 5 years ago in a previous home. Fortunately, when we decided to have the work done on our new TV home, we found that Paradise is still in business (and thriving...). Contracted for them to install our paver driveway and stacked block landscape walls, fill, and stone. (We built the waterfall and procured/planted all plants).
FYI Paradise does no plants or trees - only hardscape.

We could not be happier with their work. It was done so professionally and on time. The quality of their work is impeccable. It was comforting how honest Neil is and that they DO NOT require a down payment/deposit etc. And they are local - live in Lady Lake.

We would heartily recommend Paradise for fellow TVers - they are a GREAT company. Feel free to PM me if you need info etc.

Beautiful indeed. Thanks for the referral and pics. We are very interested in a water feature for the backyard in our new home. Yours is just the type we are looking for!

Beautiful. We were looking for a reputable company to do some paving in the coming months. Thanks.

From the OPs,

Thanks so much to all for your so-nice comments. We've been here since Feb - and simply love TV (pinching ourselves daily, like so many here).

- We SO recommend Paradise Pavers. Can't provide higher referral to those in the market. Also, their pricing was extremely reasonable (actually much lower than we anticipated for the work, and lower than the other 2 ests we received). The work was completed 10 days ago, we just received the bill in the mail...and of course just paid. They are such a professional outfit. A true pleasure to deal with - the back of Neil's business card says "The greatest compliment we could ever receive is your personal referral as our friends and customers". They certainly got ours.

- We wanted a unique look to our landscaping. So many folks around here did such a wonderful job with their homes, we simply could not wait to put our touches on ours. And very pleased how it all turned out.

- The waterfall structure. I built that myself to coincide the finish with the start of Paradise's work. It took me 5 weeks to complete. I was very wise to do all that work during the cooler time of the year here (sure...). The job turned out to be a tough one as I so overbuilt the thing - cement blocks under, rebar, slate tiling for the waterfall, etc. I say if we ever have a tornado zip thru - the news folks would say -"all that's left is this guy's waterfall...".
It IS a nice feature but the evaporation from the hot sun does require a refill of water in the pool now and then. I have the pump on a timer inside the house so can turn it off/on at will.

again folks - thanks for all your kind words!

Dean,
I don't know how I missed this thread!!! Your landscaping looks fantastic!! I know you are a perfectionist and it shows. The waterfall looks great and the hardscape compliments it well. Now you can sit back and take pride in your beautiful landscaping. You and Phyllis did put a personal touch on your home and it is lovely!
