Based on reports on TOTV and a neighbor, I've been trying to reach them @ 352-342-2224. Left a message a couple of times to no avail. This morning the VM message indicated that his message box is full.

Is he out of business or just too busy?

Had the same problem last season! Will go with Stanley Steamer this season!!!!!

The Mrs. called Andrew for the first time, last Wednesday. He called her back in an hour and made an appointment for Friday morning. He showed up on time and did a professional job. He's definitely still in business and we will use him again. YMMV

I finally got thru to Andrew this afternoon and had a very cordial conversation, including setting-up an appointment to clean a couple of our carpets.

All is now well.

We've used a number of carpet cleaning companies since we've been in The Villages (5 yrs) - such as Chem Dry and Stanley Steemer, and we have found Heaven's Best to be the absolute best. Reasonable pricing, good service, and especially how our carpets came out. At this point won't use anyone else.
