If you have any electronics (cameras, door locks, automatic lights, etc) outside point them out to the company, I made the mistake of not doing this and a few items did not survive the 2000+ PSI power wash.

Good advise as always, look for a "soft wash" whet the chemicals do the work.

Funny how the hundreds of “house washing” company yard signs get overlooked along the road. I have always said come to the net for trusted services why trust a yard sign.

We've used Luke the Powerwash Guy (352) 223-6090 several times, and have been very happy with him. He is also willing to do interior windows, and did a great job for us.

IF IF IF you have vinyl siding, please think twice about using high pressure anything on it. That siding has a protective coating that can be damaged with pressure washing. Once damaged, dirt just sticks to it. Water spots happen all the time. It is ruined and will look awful forever.
There are ways to clean it without damage, but "pressure washing" is not one of them.

We use "Shine On" house and window washing. (352) 603-1284. They use chemical low pressure wash. 1 x year, good results.
