They prepare the house before you come and after you leave. Let installers or workers in and they stay so nothing is damaged. Look after irrigation and more. Answer their phone every time you call. Will go “above and beyond” to make you happy as long as your request is reasonable.

I have peace of mind when ever I am away as I know my home is looked after carefully.

Send me one too, please. We used one company--a couple of retired LE's--who messed up some things. My neighbor used Empty Nest, and they seemed verrrrrrrrry expensive.

After loosing our home watch person, we tried two different people. So far neither was great. One emailed us every week with everything that was done in our home, spending 30 to 45 minutes each visit.
Too bad our cameras picked up the entire visits, of 5 minutes or less, doing nothing but walk in and walk out.
