Default Installation of Attic Stairs

Anyone had attic stairs put in recently? We are wondering what the going rate is to have aluminum stairs installed and who would you recommend to do this. Thank you!

Was the $275 for installation of aluminum stairs only or did that include plywood flooring in the attic too? The price we were quoted was a good bit higher than that. Wondering what the difference might be.

That quote should be for the stairs only -- flooring would be extra.

Tim Miller is doing our garage as I'm typing this. $275 for aluminum stairs and $75 for attic flooring which will be two 4x8 sheets of plywood. $700 for epoxy on garage floor for a patio villa.
