Pavers tend to crack and or move, so if you decide to keep the pavers, you will have to do future maintenance. As for new poured concrete, you should be looking at the complete removal of the existing driveway, and the installation of a new driveway. I strongly suggest that you do not get 1 to 2 inches of concrete poured over the area where the pavers were removed. I suspect you will have cracking and other problems in a couple of years.
If you cannot get matching pavers, it might be cost effective to have the old pavers removed and new ones installed PROPERLY.
