my wife and I are looking for the same think. an honest and good installer.
We found after going to most of the tile stores around that they will only install their own tiles.
We also found that any tile store close to the villages or in it. Sells their product at least twice the price of places further away.

Lots of stories from each place, but no one we could really trust.

Look no further then William (Billy) C Parker, he is a bit quirky, but his work is top notch and he is very reasonable. You supply the tile and he does the labor. We were very thrilled with the job he did, he is meticulous, and an artist at installing backsplashes. You won't be sorry 352 347 0954

Mike's Dependable Services, Inc........875-6007. You select the tile at Bowen's Tile in Ocala, Mike provides the measurements directly to them, he picks up the Tile and does the installation. Super easy and great work. We actually have been using him for other stuff as well including closet shelving.

We've used Billie a couple of times for tile work and he is great and fair. On time and neat. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him also.
