Long story..husband took my car for an oil change at Walmart since I was taking it out of town. They said we needed a new battery even though it was less than 2 years old, without having to start in cold weather. He said go ahead and change it. After a looong time, he noticed a bunch of men standing around our car. They somehow managed to put in the wrong battery and hooked up the wrong cables-not a good thing. Walmart knew they had made a big mistake and told us to get it fixed. We took it to Accutec on 441 since they have been awesome with fixing our cars. Once again, Bobby from Accutec worked hard to fix and diagnose the problem. The Walmart claims dept. has been very good about taking care of our claim which turned out to be very large (I guess cars don't like getting their electricals fried) Lesson learned, I'm not going to assume that Walmart people are mechanics, and we will use our trusty Accutec in the future.
