Default Lanai Builder

Any recommendations for someone to BUILD a Lanai? Not just an enclosure, but the entire lanai that matches the house. Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks

We are looking at the same thing. Met with Mike Henley Construction Company and like what he offered. We do need to get one or 2 more estimates since this is a costly project.

We are still unpacking and will post his number shortly.

Our experience with a big Lanai project found distinct differences between T&D and the other Contractors. T&D has most of their own Trade resources and will usually deliver close to the projected completion date. Their estimate was also higher than the others. We went with Advanced Construction that, like the others, needs to pull from the same Trade resources as all the other General Contractor options. You will need to be more engaged and will have to accept the frustration that comes with durations well beyond the projected completion date. Good luck!

The best I have found after a lot of research and actually looking at about 30 different completed projects from 7 different contractors is Fortin Construction. T&D is good, but not in the same league as Fortin. Both are expensive, yet Fortin was actually a bit less for the same addition. And a whole lot better quality. I am using T&D for a new pool, so I do like them, however for addition I had Fortin.
