Default Pat the Plumber

I have been in contact with the Attorney Generals Office concerning Pat the Plumbers ongoing practice of overcharging senior citizens that reside in The Villages. I filed a complaint via the internet and recieved a response telling me that they need to develop information of negative patterns that are reported by broad puplic interest, not just from one individual complaint. Once they receive enough complaints, they can intervene based on the Consumer Protection Law. They also suggested that consumers contact the Florida Business Professional Regulation Office to register any complaints.
If you, or anyone that you know, have been scammed by this company please take the time to register a complaint with the AG's Office and the DBPR Office. You can file on-line by using the following sites:
Attorney General:www.myfloridalegal.com
Florida Dept. of Business Professional Regulation:www.myflorida.com/dbpr/
Please help to stop this company. They are predators.
Thanks, Joeyd

What happened to your effort (and previous posts) to use small claims court to resolve this issue ! Certainly would be quicker to resolve an individual claim!
