Our neighbors are having an 8'roof extension for a lanai expansion. They are using T &D, so far it looks like they are doing a great job..

We had T&D do ours. Very pleased with the work and follow up. We looked at a lot of lanai's first. Then when we had a idea of what we wanted to see in the expansion we sat down with a architect to draw what we wanted first. It was originally a 9' x 20'. It was expanded to a 12' x 40' with about 20' of the 40' bumped out to 15'. T&D had a waiting list but to us worth the wait.

Did you have additional concrete added and if so what was the price? I have gotten two estimates and they are extremely high.

A bird cage needs at least a 8x8" curb foundation all around, it must withstand 140mph wind.

It does not need a slab.

What were the estimates for and the prices.
