Has anyone ever used Authority Home Solutions for exterior sunscreens?

We are thinking of using Authority Home Solutions (Chris Dolan) for
motorized lanai sunscreens and were wondering if anyone has had experience with this company. They want 60 percent down which seems high?? Thank you for any help.
