Okay....seriously, I had a guy come last week and I told him I'd like some high countertops out there...and cabinets for storage as well. He is going to give me a quote on enclosing the lanai and adding countops and cabinets in that laundry room area.
Step away from the stove and no one gets hurt!!!!

Yep....beware the Fox and the dawg...or they'll get the coyote police out! Generally the Fox copies the dawg....

Absolutely...will keep you posted. Stay warm up there in snow country.

Here's what my husband did with our little space using prefab cabinets from Home Depot. The wall cabinets store canned goods, soft drinks and all kinds of stuff. The corner desk has room for a laptop computer.

Thanks, ladies! While we're at it and although it's not relevant, here's a pic of the other side of the room. He moved the mop sink to the garage, and built a broom, vacuum and storage closet in its place. Now we're both happy that I can hide these things and he can make a mess in the garage sink.

Angie, we bought what Home Depot called "ready to assemble" but they have since dropped that line. However, it looks like you can order assembled cabinets and put together a grouping that would fit your needs. We only used 12" deep wall cabinets so we could have storage on both sides of the narrow room.

Thanks for the pics. We are building a Lily and I picked that house just so I would have a storage area for my vac. broom etc and place for the cat box and some storage for crockpots etc. I know hubby can put in new cabs and get a plumber to move mop sink. Love that idea. Thanks again!

Default Storage Iris and Lilac

Hello,

I can't make up my mind whether to get the Iris or the Lilac. We bought a lot in Sannibel and like the idea of having that extra space in both models and seeing the storage cabinets. It is a great idea!! Thanks
