Default Home watch

Signing on our new home in Pinellas next week. Called Mary and Ed who are home watchers, but they are too busy and do not want to start watching in any of the new villages. I need recommendations from TOTV members for not only watchers, but one that can help me with advice on how to close down the home when we are not there. I want to have the person/company licensed and bonded. This is the best way to find someone reputable is from the advice on this forum. Thank you in advance for any advice you can help me with.

Our home watch person is Julianne Drosendahl. Her no. is 352-250-2984. She is more than excellent. She did so much last year when our house was built. She also watched our house for five weeks this spring. The sprinklers immediately ran amuck, coming on way more than they should (due to a programming error I had made). She took care of all that. She has met our neighbors and they have exchanged phone numbers. The neighbors are quite impressed with her diligence. We highly recommend her.

Dee (redwitch on TOTV) provides that service and is well thought of. You can send her a message through TOTV and she will quickly respond.

We've been using Charlene with the Village Sitter for about a year and from our prospective, she does an excellent job. We live in southern CA, and haven't had any issues she couldn't take care of for us.

We signed up with Charlene the day we closed on our new home, and have been very happy with the professional way she runs her business and takes care of our home. She continues to keep us well informed about anything related to our home as well as sends us a report every month with an update of everything she does at your house for the previous month.

You can reach her at 352-633-5063. You can also google The Village Sitter to get to her very informative website.

Good luck,
Craig

We've used Dee (aka Redwitch) since we first bought in 2007. She is a great problem solver (ie lightning strike, irrigation issues, contractors, etc.) You couldn't do better. (Hey, Red! Will that get me a discount? LOL)

(Actually, she is worth every penny, but don't tell her I said that.)

Um, no. Sorry. And I won't tell me you said that.

Hi,

I use "At Your Service". Coty is one of the owners, they are insured and bonded. I really feel comfortable leaving my home in their hands.

They are extremely reliable, responsible and never miss a beat.

Their phone # is 352-633-3953

We love Charlene with the Village Sitter. She is wonderfull and takes great care of our home. She is very flexible and became a good friend not just a sitter. Her husband works with TV security and he helps her. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

We use Charlene, the Village sitter also. Couldn't be happier. She sends (email) pics of anything out of place and a monthly check off list, so far we have found her very reliable. We also like the fact that she is insured and bonded. 352-633-5063

We are lucky enough to have found Charlene also.
Hard to explain how - efficient, knowledgable, dependable, totally trustworthy and reasonable she is.
She literally takes care of all things concerning our home and also coordinates all deliveries, workman and service appointments for our rental property.
Charlene's husband Steve also handles all our painting and other assorted small jobs we don't have the time or skills to do.
All the above AND they are both just REALLY nice people.

Default The Village Sitter

I also entrust my home to The Village Sitter.
She runs the dishwasher and washing machine once a month, makes weekly visits, promptly emails and sends photos on any issue, plus doesn't hesitate to call.
