I use SimpliSafe. I’ve had it for 4 years. Uses cell technology if you want it monitored. My wife set it off accidentally twice. Both times the Sheriffs arrived in under 5 minutes. Simple to install and easily upgraded.

We use Comcast/Xfinity security here in TN and will when full time in Fenney. We can set alarm, view cameras and monitor activity from panel inside our home or remotely with our phones. Love it!

We use Frontpoint.
All wireless, self install. I particularly liked their monitoring company. A little more expensive monthly, depending on which plan one chooses. |
