Looking for a store that sells a variety of kitchen sinks. Will also be purchasing a new water heater and instant hot for the kitchen. Any recommendations in the area?

You may want to look at the economics of the instant hot water system, I am assuming that you are looking at the pump/valve option. There was an earlier thread on this and I agree with the conclusion this has a potentially significant monthly cost. Otherwise, Lowes and Home depot have a very good selection of plumbing components, might also consider Ace.

When I read the title of your thread I just had to open and see why you wanted an "instant hot plumber". Words are tricky and sometimes unwittingly funny.
