We recently bought in Fernandina. Our survey shows that we can legally expand our
Lanai 3'6" to the side. Looking for a good qualified and reliable contractor to bid and
complete this job. Anyone that has had good results please reply. Thanks in advance.

Neighbors used T&D for this type of work, but I hear they are months out just for the initial meeting and estimate, good luck, you are probably several months away from completion on your project. It appears many of the contractors cannot get workers.
